GRILLED TUNA SANTA FE
GRILLED TUNA SANTA FE .....a great tuna steak recipe to try ! Nice !
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 c. fresh lime juice
- 1/2 c. beer
- 4 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Fresh tuna fillets or steaks for each person
- Sliced avocado, salsa (optional)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 4 tsp. Dijon mustard
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine lime juice, beer, oil, cumin, mustard, salt and garlic in a large shallow dish. Marinate for 2 hours, turning occasionally. Grill on preheated BBQ, approximately 5 minutes each side. Serve
with salsa and a slice of avocado, if desired. The fresh tuna steak recipe is ready to serve....hmmm...amazing ! Enjoy it
