LEMON-BASTED FISH STEAKS
LEMON-BASTED FISH TUNA STEAKS RECIPE....
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1 sm. clove minced garlic
- Pinch of crushed oregano leaves
- 1/2 tsp. finely grated lemon peel
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 4 fish steaks (tuna, swordfish, or bluefish), 1 inch thick
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, lemon peel, salt, and pepper. Pour over the fish tuna steaks and let stand while preheating the grill (about 30 minutes). Grill 5 minutes per side. The fresh tuna steak recipe is ready to serve...enjoy it ! Nice !
